You are not just a hockey player
At 360° College Hockey, we offer more than just a hockey camp — it’s a deep dive into what it’s like to be a college athlete, and what it’s going to take for you to get there. Most first-year college players arrive at school fundamentally lacking in a variety of areas — our goal is to enrich our players with the skills they need both on and off the ice to not just be recruited and accepted to the school of their choice — but to succeed once they get there.

Admissions

Get the inside scoop on what NCAA Division I and Division III colleges are looking for in potential women’s hockey players. Learn the ins and outs of how admissions officers view high school courses, GPA’s, standardized tests and much, much more.

Hockey

Our team of expert college coaches and current college players will spend at least 2.5 hours per day on the ice with players teaching skills, practicing as teams and learning how college teams use their practice time.

Conditioning

Players will participate in workouts that simulate both in-season and offseason weight lifting and agility training with certified strength & conditioning coaches from NCAA programs.

Mental Game

Players will experience what it’s like to prepare for an NCAA game — both through video analysis and preparation as well as sport psychology techniques employed by many programs across the nation.
Hockey Skills
While we are committed to focusing on the whole person — this is still, at its core, a hockey camp! Players will spend at least 2.5 hours per day on the ice with our staff of expert college coaches and current college players learning skills, practicing as teams and learning how college teams use their practice time. Our goal is for our kids to leave camp with a concrete knowledge of what they need to do as hockey players to achieve their goals at the collegiate level!
Admissions/Academics
All students experience plenty of stress around the college admissions process — and athletes are no different! In fact, with NCAA rules and other admissions quirks, the process is usually even more complicated for prospective student-athletes. Our goal is to decode that process through time in the classroom with our dedicated admissions expert, Harry Rosenholtz, who has spent decades working with female athletes and their families to help them understand what classes and standardized tests to take, when to take them, and much, much more!
Mental Preparation
One of the biggest areas that first-year college hockey players fall short in is the mental side of the game. Simply put, players have not been exposed to the methods teams at the collegiate level use to prepare for games. Our campers will experience a variety of the methods coaches and programs use across the country with an emphasis on sport psychology as well as video analysis and preparation! Once a camper completes the 360° College Hockey experience, they will feel comfortable with techniques employed by programs everywhere!
Strength & Conditioning
Any player seeking to play hockey at the collegiate level knows they need to do plenty of work off the ice to get their body to peak performance — but do they know how to maximize the benefit they get from that work? At 360° College Hockey, players will participate in workouts that simulate the training done both in-season and offseason with weight lifting and agility training supervised by certified strength & conditioning coaches from NCAA programs.
